Abstract	A portrait photograph of Tari Tovsen who is a long time professional musician and composer of popular music in the La Crosse, Wisconsin, area, and has formed many bands. He has served as the musical coordinator of the Lindy Shannon Reunion Shows. The Lindy Shannon promoted bands include Dave Kennedy and the Ambassadors when it formed in 1959 until Tovsen joined the National Guard in 1966. Other bands Tovsen formed or was a part of include the Shy Guys, Changing Times, Headliners and Good Tymes.
Abstract	This photo was a part of a scrapbook that Evadine "Evie" Ratajczek created of local rock and roll bands and entertainers who performed in the La Crosse, Wisconsin, area, many of whom were connected to Lindy Shannon.
Abstract	On the backside of the photo in Tovsen's handwriting it says: "Evie - Thanks to a real nice girl who I'll always remember - Sincerely, Tari"
