| Abstract | In this forth and final part of the interview, Shannon gives some insight into the aftermath of Elvis Presley's concerts in La Crosse, Wisconsin, in May 1956. In Shannon's opinion, the teenage reaction to rock and roll was a liberation from the music of their parents. Teenagers had found their voice through this revolutionary musical style. |

Shannon was active with area musicians from roughly the mid-1950s to the mid-1970s. Shannon worked with Roger Gilbeck under the agency name Lin-Beck. |
